Each year Discover launches its Shop Hawaii campaign, providing exclusive offers to worldwide travelers. For their latest campaign, they wanted to make some big changes. This included building an improved website customer experience, refining their mobile website, allowing users to save a list of their favorite offers, expanding the print collateral to promote it, and laying the foundation for making future campaigns easier.
Cubicle Ninjas got to work on this big rebrand, updating the designs on the website and streamlining the user interface best work with modern mobile phones. We built expanded functionality for users, and built a new suite of campaign creative. And best of all, we changed the way future collateral can be updated. Instead of starting each campaign from scratch, every year, we worked to link all their campaigns under one umbrella and capture interested user’s information.
