Leica Microsystems has a strong and dynamic training organization called Leica Biosystems University (or LBSU for short). They wanted to come up with a way to better promote and market it internally. Put another way: They needed a brand.
Cubicle Ninjas was happy to help! We jumped in and built an entire internal brand identity that matched the excitement, passion, and sense of friendly competition that characterized their approach to training. We began by crafting a logo for the Leica League, along with a tagline: “The Best Team Wins”. From there, we developed marketing materials that encouraged people to sign up and join in on the fun.
